At ElevraOne.shop, operated under Elevra One Research and Development Institute (unregistered), we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and educational resources designed to support personal growth, skill development, and digital success.

Because we sell intangible digital goods, our cancellation and refund practices are structured in accordance with industry standards and digital product regulations.

1. Nature of Products Sold

All products available on ElevraOne.shop are digital products, including but not limited to:

  • E-books
  • Downloadable guides
  • Educational resources
  • Personal growth resources
  • Digital toolkits
  • Creator growth resources
  • Marketing and social media growth materials

These products are delivered electronically and do not involve physical shipping.

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Delivery

An order may be cancelled only if the digital product has not yet been delivered to the customer.

Customers who wish to cancel must contact us immediately at:

If the product has not been delivered, a cancellation may be processed and the amount refunded to the original payment method.

After Delivery

Once a digital product has been:

  • Downloaded
  • Accessed
  • Emailed
  • Made available in the customer’s account

The order cannot be cancelled.

This is because digital content cannot be “returned” once shared.

3. Refund Policy

We maintain a limited refund policy to protect both our customers and our intellectual property.

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refund Situations

A refund request may be approved if:

  • The customer was charged multiple times for the same product
  • The customer did not receive access to the product due to a technical issue on our side
  • The product file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of usage
  • Failure to read product description before purchase
  • Incompatibility with the customer’s device/software (unless clearly misrepresented)
  • Download or access issues caused by the customer’s internet/device
  • Claims made after the product has been successfully delivered and accessed

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must email:

  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Clear reason for the refund request
  • Screenshot or proof (if related to technical issues)

All refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase.

Requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Unjustified chargebacks for successfully delivered digital products may result in:

  • Suspension of access to purchased products
  • Blacklisting from future purchases
  • Submission of proof of digital delivery to the payment gateway or bank

We maintain detailed transaction and delivery logs to prevent fraudulent disputes.

6. Policy Acceptance
